Terry George Lee Huggins
July 18, 1949 ~ September 20, 2023 (age 74) 74 Years Old
Terry Lee "George" Huggins, 74, of Pilot Grove, passed away, Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Katy Manor in Pilot Grove.
He was born on July 18, 1949 in Eau Claire, WI, a son of Ralph and Adell (Lindsley) Huggins.
George honorably served in the United States Marine Corps during Vietnam and was a Purple Heart Recipient. He was a handyman and jack of all trades. George enjoyed antiquing, listening to music, playing the guitar, and cooking for his family.
Survivors include one daughter, Annie Dick (Jason) of Boonville, MO, two grandsons, George and Emil Dick; three siblings, Connie Goffinet of Texas, Jack Huggins of Texas, and Carl Lee Waller of Pilot Grove.
George was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Huggins, and his mother and step-father, Adell and Carl Waller; seven siblings, Ralph Huggins, Jr., Gary Huggins, Chuck Huggins, Billie Nyseth, Lauretta Kurth, Judy Newell, and Rose Huggins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023 at the Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the Pilot Grove Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Sedalia VFW Post 2591 and the United States Marine Corps. Pallbearers will be Carl Lee Waller, Ronald Newell, Russell Rentel, Justin Zeller, CJ Waller, and Hank Zeller.
