Stephen Lee Dunham

Stephen Lee Dunham, 69, of Otterville, Missouri passed away at his residence on Thursday, December 22, 2016. He was one of 4 children born to William C. and Agatha Dunham in Sedalia, Missouri.

After graduating as a member of the Otterville High School Class of 1965, Stephen served in the US Army as a tank mechanic. Upon receiving his honorable discharge in 1971 he returned home to Otterville and worked in his father's business of J P Dunham and Sons House Moving and Raising. He later worked and retired from Bluhm Lumber Company in Smithton.

Stephen enjoyed fishing and quail hunting and was an excellent marksman receiving a Sharpshooter medal while in the Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents and common-law wife Pamela Hamby.

He is survived by granddaughter Gabrielle Hamby, brothers Tim Dunham (Vickie) of Otterville; Berry Dunham of Tipton, and sister Gay Nau of Tipton; along with many nieces and nephews.

Private gravesite services in the Otterville IOOF Cemetery will take place at a later date.
