Ray Speckman, age 84, died Saturday, December 31, 2022.
He is survived by two children, Cynthia Speckman of Manzanita, Oregon and Guy Speckman of Smithville, Missouri; three grandchildren, Kessaya Speckman of Washington D.C, and Jared Speckman and Danielle Speckman, both of Kansas City, Missouri; and his partner, Joyce Mitchell of Tipton, Missouri.
Ray was formerly City Marshall and Mayor of Bagnell, Missouri.
At his request he will be cremated and there will be no memorial services. This obituary was written by Ray and he was adamant that there be no changes.
