Patricia "Pat" Jo Anne Parrish

Patricia Jo Anne Parrish, age 80, of Gravois Mills passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020 at her home.

She was born December 12, 1939 in Denver, Colorado to Orin G. and Billie C. Sorter Swanson.

On May 17, 1965 in Miami, Oklahoma she was united in marriage to Robert K. Parrish, who preceded her in death on February 27, 2005.

Pat worked as a certified nurse's assistant; retiring from St. Mary's Hospital in Blue Springs.

She was an active member in the Eastern Star, Linn Creek Lodge in Camdenton.

She enjoyed crafting and gardening, but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.

She is survived by two sons, Tony M. Parrish and wife Miriam and Terry M. Zlateff and wife Lulu all of Gravois Mills; one daughter, Dawna J. Lellelid and husband Paul of Hudson, Illinois, one daughter-in-law, Sarah Parrish of Holt; two sisters, Judy Rinehart and husband Bill of Lone Jack and Toni Duncan of Blue Springs; seventeen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; along with many other family members and friends.

In addition to her husband, Pat was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Michael Swanson and Steve Morrison; one son, Larry Parrish; one grandson and one great grandson.

Private family services will be scheduled for May.
