Mildred "Millie" M. Bellefeuille

Mildred M. "Millie" Bellefeuille, age 89 of Jefferson City, formerly of Russellville, died Saturday, April 26, 2008, at her son's home in Jefferson City.
She was born January 31, 1919, in Preston, a daughter of the late Leonard and Grace N. Erickson Baldwin. On December 19, 1965, Millie married Richard D. "Dick" Bellefeuille at the First Baptist Church in Jefferson City. He preceded her in death October 20, 2001.
Millie and Dick were in business in Jefferson City for 26 years, owning and operating Millie's Cafeteria and the South Side Pastry Shop.
She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary #2693 in Jefferson City, serving as auxiliary President, State President, S.C. Regional President and was named first ever State Aerie Mother of the Year. For eight years she was a counselor for the Eagles sponsored Boys Bar-H Ranch in Nevada and also served on the Board of Directors. She was recently inducted into the Missouri State Fraternal Order of the Eagles Auxiliary Hall of Fame.
She was a member of the Russellville Baptist Church.
Millie stayed busy making crafts for family and friends, but most of all she enjoyed the time she could spend with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by three sons, Wayne Davis of Russellville; Doug Davis of Jefferson City and Larry Davis of Independence; four daughters, Shirley Sheets and husband "B" of Clarksburg; Mary Case and husband Gary, Rose Owens and husband Larry and Martha Newman and husband Richard, all of Jefferson City; one brother, Chester Baldwin and wife Dorothy of Independence; four stepsons, William Bellefeuille and wife Kaew of Thailand; Donald Bellefeuille and wife Susie and Francis Bellefeuille and wife Connie all of Herndon, Virginia and Tim Bellefeuille of Orlando, Florida; twenty-three grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren, twenty-four great-great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Millie was also preceded in death by one son, Danny Davis and one stepson, Larry Bellefeuille.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 30, at the Russellville Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Martin and Rev. Matthew Tanner officiating. Burial will be in the Enloe Cemetery west of Russellville.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 29, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Russellville. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Community Hospices of America or the Russellville Baptist Church.
