Kenneth A. Shehorn

Kenneth Allen Shehorn, 66, of Tipton, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020, at his home.

He was born June 21, 1954, in Hutchinson, KS, son of Leonard Allen Shehorn and Margaret L. (Etherton) Shehorn Pritchard.

Kenneth was a graduate of Tipton High School. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany after the Korean War.

He was married to Brenda Shehorn, who preceded him in death on December 27, 2005.

After the service, Kenneth worked at DeLong’s in Jefferson City. He later worked for the Tipton Correctional Center for about fifteen years. His favorite hobby was fishing.

Surviving are his mother, Margaret Pritchard, of Lebanon; two sisters, Kay Jamison, of Pueblo, CO, and Tina Chenault, of Lebanon; a brother, Cecil Shehorn, of Lowry City; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and his wife.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Tipton.
