Jonathan Orton

Jonathan Edward Orton, age 33, of Versailles passed Friday, February 22, 2019 at his home.

He was born July 24, 1985 in Columbia, MO. to Sherman and Brenda Forsythe Orton.

He was a 2004 graduate of Morgan County R-2, Versailles High School.

Jonathan worked as a finishing operator for Gates Corporation.

He enjoyed shooting, hunting, fishing, and being around his family, who he loved very much. Jonathan was someone that you could always count on if you needed to talk. He was always making people smile. Jonathan knew no enemy.

Along with his parents he is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Alisha and John Marvin; three nieces, Brendolynn, Brianna, and Brooklynn Marvin; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Family Worship Center in Versailles. Burial will be in the Versailles Cemetery.
