Gayle Ann Klamm

Gayle Ann Klamm, age 83, of Ivy Bend passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the Laurie Care Center.      It was on December 28, 1937 that Frank and Mildred (Parkins) Conklin welcomed their late Christmas present, Gayle, into the world in Kansas City, Kansas.      In her life, Gayle was a Baker for Park College in Parkville, Mo.      She loved planting flowers and watching her hummingbirds. She would have ten plus feeders on her porch every year to take care of all the hummingbirds.      Gayle's legacy will live on in her son and daughter-in-law, David and Linda Klamm of Gravois Mills; her siblings, Larry Conklin and Nancy See; along with several grandchildren and other relatives and friends.      She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Frank Conklin.      A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the  Stover Cemetery.
