Freddie Anderson

Freddie Anderson, 89, of Tipton, MO, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles, MO.

He was born on March 4, 1935, in Sedalia, MO, to Freddie Cecil and Theresa Gertrude (Laws) Anderson, who preceded him in death. On October 21, 1973, in Reno, NV, he was united in marriage to Maria Bastardo, who survives of the home.

Freddie honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He later spent his career as an over-the-road truck driver and found joy in raising cattle and fishing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Trevor Anderson and Sam Anderson, as well as five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and five sisters.

No public services are planned.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home, Tipton, MO.
