Darlene Sue Todd

Darlene S. (Mabry) Todd, 78, of Blue Springs, MO died peacefully January 29, 2017. She was born December 18, 1938 to S.K. and Violet Mabry in Sedalia, Missouri.

She married Theodore (Pete) Todd on May 30, 1957 in Sedalia.

She was a strong supporter of church missions and believed in the power of prayer. If she knew your name, she prayed for
you at some point. If she was around there was never a dull moment. She had an opinion on everything and didn't mind
sharing it with you. Her interpretation of history and politics always astounded those around her. She will be greatly
missed by family and friends who are happy for her that she has rejoined those that have gone on before.

She is survived by spouse Theodore Todd; sons Mark Todd (spouse Maggie) Charleston, South Carolina and Matthew Todd (spouse Shauna) Oak Grove, Missouri; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father S.K. Mabry, her mother Violet Mabry, brothers Donnie Mabry and S.K. Mabry, Jr., and grandson Dillan Todd.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM February 5, 2017 at Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Otterville, Missouri with interment following in Providence Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1PM to 2PM Sunday prior to the service.
