Catherine A. Thomas

Catherine Ann (Adams) Thomas, 62, of Otterville, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born January 31, 1961, in Sedalia, a daughter of the late Dorothy May Adams. On December 8, 1984, she married Edward Thomas who survives of the home.

Catherine was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved the pool, puzzles, playing cards, cooking with her grandkids, watching the kid’s sporting events and her dog, Taz. She worked at Inter-State Studio for 25 years.

In addition to her husband, survivors include three children, Chad Thomas (Candy), of Boonville, Chrissy Thompson and Tommy Thomas (Crystal), all of Otterville; eight grandchildren, Sonya, Megan, Kylie, Devyn, Haylee, Alyssa, Gage and Rylie; three great-grandchildren, Sophia, Ellie and Kayson; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Janie Adams and Christine Hendricks; and two brothers, Bobby Adams and Richard Adams.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Otterville.

Pallbearers will be Adam Schoen, Todd Monks, Billie Blackaby, Jake McFale, Zach Miller and John Karigan. Honorary pallbearers will be Lori Parham, Brad Henley, Matt Fletcher, Donnie Reaves and Grant Thompson.

Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the funeral home.
