Carolyn Ann (Twyman) Richardson

Carolyn Ann Richardson, 78, of Pilot Grove, MO,  passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO.

Carolyn was born February 13, 1944, in Bevier, MO, a daughter of Forrest and Loretta (Lucas) Twyman, who preceded her in death.

On April 14, 1961, in Bevier, MO, Carolyn married the love of her life, Billy Eugene Richardson, who survives of the home.

Carolyn enjoyed tending her flowers, especially red geraniums and watching birds. She truly missed traveling in recent years, but it was one of her passions in LIFE. She loved traveling to California to visit family (sisters, nieces, and nephews). It was such a blessing in the past. She dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Richardson, of Pilot Grove; three children, Tamera Friedrich (Danny) of Boonville, Billy Richardson, Jr (Tammy) of Pilot Grove, and Kim Hill (Bryan) of Pilot Grove; five grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica, Jared, Jamie, and Nikole; eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Joann Coons, Marilyn Coons, and Kay Reed; and an infant brother, Freddy James Twyman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove, MO with Rev. Dan Hankins, officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Pilot Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Bryan Hill, James Vollmer, Jared Mullett, Drew Felten, Marty Reed, and Dusty Crane.

Honorary pallbearers are Levi Martin, Cade Martin, Lyrick Schmidt, Logan Mullett, and Abel Felten.
